Policies, Rules, and Safety

 

Kids will have a blast jumping in our custom designed inflatable play areas while the parent can relax in our cafe style environment. The facility allows the parents easily keep a close eye on their child at all times. Our facilities are on the smaller scale to keep children in a safe contained and controlled area. Jumpin' Beans is a great place to meet up with friends, throw a party or even get some work done with our free wireless internet and a delicious cup of coffee.

 

Jumpin' Beans offers open play every day, and offer both private and semi-private parties. The party happens right in the play space offering the flexibility to celebrate and play at the same time. We have dedicated party hosts to ensure the parents can interact with their child and the guests. Our play space has a cafe look and feel with 4 big screen tv’s, free WiFi internet access, stereo sound system, DVD entertainment, and a coffee & espresso bar. Yes, we offer Seattle’s Best espresso drinks and brewed coffee. We truly have something for everyone. With a only a $8.00 admission per child for UNLIMITED play, both parents and children always have a great time.

 

Q: Do you offer group rates?

A: YES - We offer special group rates to day camps, track out camps, preschools, parents groups.

 

Q: Do you offer general admission play?
A: Yes, general admission is for ages 1-10. Admission is $8.00 for children under 10 years old.

 

Q: What kind of parties do your offer?
A: We offer semi-private, weekday, private and full facility parties. To learn more about party packages and to book your party online, please check out the Parties link for more details. Parties must be booked online, in the store or by calling (919) 521-4445. A non-refundable deposit is required for all parties.

 

Q: Do you provide birthday cakes?
A: YES - We do provide birthday cakes with the theme party option at an additional cost, however please feel free to bring your own for your party. Don't forget your cake knife and candles. We are always glad to help you serve.

 

Q: Do you have goody bags?
A: Yes, we have boy/girl goody bags reasonalbly priced. We always have goody bags packed and ready for your party if you decide to purchase on your party day.

 

Q: Do you allow outside food?
A: Yes, we allow outside food with the exception of pizza, coffee and drinks as we conveniently offer these items as part of our cafe.

 

Q: Do I need to book my party or can I just organize a get together?
A: Our policy does not allow birthday cake, cupcakes or party food or party items to celebrate birthday parties without a reserved party slot.

 

Q: Are parents allowed to jump?
A: Yes, however only light play is allowed with the main focus on monitoring the safety of your children. There is no admission cost for parents.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, we have discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please contact the store and ask to speak to a manager for a group rate. We also have Saver passes, which allow for 10 admissions for a discounted rate.

Q: How do you clean the inflatable play areas?
A: We fully disinfect our play areas by spraying with a disinfectant pump sprayer. We take great pride in keeping everything clean and safe!

 

Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes, in the event you forget socks, we do have them available for purchase.

 

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver to jump?

A: YES - No waiver, No jumping, No exceptions. You only need to sign a waiver once. Our system keeps your waiver on file for future visits.

 

Q: Can I drop off my child and leave?

A: NO- Parents and/or chaperones are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Jumpin Beans staff may be present in the inflatable only to enforce our rules, but we are not responsible for supervising your children,

 

Q: Does your admission offer reentry?
A: Yes - Same day reentry is allowed with a hand stamp on weekdays (Space Permitting)
